She has served on the Boards of Directors of the Relocation Directors Council and the John Dickson Kidney Cancer Foundation; is a Trustee of the Worldwide ERC Foundation for Workforce Mobility; and a member of the Nemours Society. She is co-chair, along with fellow board members Scott Daniels and Tom Hannum, of the Chefs Committee for Meals From The Masters.
